Refund policy

We want you to love your purchase from GT Elegant Jewelry Creations. If you are not completely satisfied, you may request a return within 7 days of delivery.

Items must be unworn, unused, undamaged, and returned in their original condition and packaging. All original tags and included accessories must accompany the return.

Non-returnable items include personalized or custom-made jewelry, items that have been altered or resized, and items showing signs of wear or damage after delivery.

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item received was incorrect, defective, or damaged upon arrival. We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit.

Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

For damaged or incorrect items, please contact us promptly after delivery and include photographs of the item and packaging.

For earrings or other pierced jewelry, all sales are final sale for hygiene reasons.
